Julia Rho is an Operations Associate at 3iCO, where she supports the firm's day-to-day operations across human resources, finance, compliance, and administrative functions. She plays a key role in keeping internal processes organized, documentation accurate, and workflows running efficiently, helping the team operate seamlessly behind the scenes.
Before joining 3iCO, Julia spent more than six years managing a small business, gaining hands-on experience in operations, staff management, scheduling, payroll support, inventory control, and customer service. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to process improvement and enjoys building systems that enhance efficiency and support long-term business success.
Julia earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Wilmington University.
