Nicole Amari
Compliance Manager
Nicole Amari is a Compliance Manager at 3iCO, where she serves as both Outsourced Chief Compliance Officer (OCCO) and compliance consultant to a broad range of clients across the financial services industry. In this capacity, she manages comprehensive compliance programs and oversees critical regulatory filings. Nicole provides guidance and hands-on support delivering compliance testing, mock regulatory examinations, 206(4)-7 annual reviews, and the development of practical compliance solutions tailored to client needs. At 3iCO, Nicole collaborates closely with senior leadership to expand and refine the firm’s consulting services, strengthen operational processes, and implement workflow and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and regulatory readiness. She also leads continuing education and training initiatives, ensuring adherence to FINRA, IAR CE, and other industry-mandated requirements. In addition, she contributes to the firm’s internal product development team, playing a key role in building systems that streamline compliance oversight and enhance client service delivery.
